At the present moment we exclusively sell our products on Amazon.com which only ships to USA.

We house all of our products in Amazon warehouses and at the moment exclusively sell through Amazon.com which only can ship to USA.

+Can you ship internationally?

+Can I return the product if I change my mind?

Amazon.com is our exclusive distributor and will take the return at a full refund. If you are unhappy for any reason or have an issue when the product arrives, just let us know! We are just a husband and wife team and will do absolutely everything to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

+Why does Tripped cost less than other premium brands?

The reason our products cost so much less than leading brands is NOT due to quality. We are just a small husband and wife team who work from home(which is constantly changing all over the world!). With little to no overhead we keep our costs WAY down compared to larger companies with office space and more employees.

+Are your products machine washable?

....Well, they should be! We have washed our sets a few times a year since we first made them. They're still going strong, but if washing them damages them in any way, just let us know.

+My product arrived damaged...
